Valid Required Documents

Two passport size photographs and one of the official document from bellow list for proof of identity and proof of address

1. Address proof * (Aadhar card, passport, carrier license, voter ID card, electricity bill, telephone bill, recent bank account statement, income tax / property tax assessment, registered or notarized live and license agreement with permanent residence proof etc.)

2. Identity Card with Photo * (Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Passport, Carrier License, Voter ID Card, Senior Citizen ID card, Card issued by nominated company etc.)

3. Identity of the person who is familiar and acceptable to the bank

4. His photocopy of the original PAN card for authentication.

5. Initial deposit in cash

6. Proof of business

7. Proof of business address

8. Other documents as per the constitution of the organization (as shown below)

One owner organization

1. Any certificate issued by the Sales Tax Authorization certificate / service tax tribunal / business tax tribunal, audited copies of latest balance sheets and income tax returns, Chartered accountant's letter to start the business, Proof of address, shop / institution (electricity bill, telephone Bill, fresh bank account statement, income tax / wealth tax order, Society's maintenance bills, registered or notarised leave and license agreement etc.)
